Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Planet pals, we believe in transparent pricing. That’s why we offer Free Standard Shipping on all initial orders—no hidden fees at checkout.

1. Processing & Production Times

Because our posters are custom-printed just for you, they require a lead time before they ship.

  • Production Time: Please allow [2–5] business days for your order to be printed and quality-checked.

  • Shipping Time: Once dispatched, standard shipping usually takes [5–10] business days depending on your location.

  • You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves the facility.

2. Free Shipping Eligibility

  • Initial Orders: All orders placed on our store qualify for 100% free standard shipping to [UK currently only].

  • Replacements for Damage: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace the item at no cost to you. However, as per our policy, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement item at a flat rate of £4.99

3. Return & Reshipping Costs

While we cover the cost to get the original product to your door, the customer is responsible for shipping fees in the following instances:

Note: Replacement shipping fees must be paid in full before the new production order is triggered. We will send you a secure payment link for the shipping labels once your damage claim is approved.

4. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If a package is returned to our print partner because of an incorrect address or because it was left unclaimed at a local post office, we can reship it to you. However, you will be invoiced for the reshipping fee plus any return-to-sender charges incurred from the carrier.

5. International Shipping & Customs

For international orders, please be aware that Planet pals is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or VAT applied by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our free shipping offer.
