Returns & Refunds Policy
At Plane pals, every poster is printed to order just for you. Because we do not hold inventory and each piece is custom-manufactured, we maintain a strict return policy to keep our waste low and our quality high.
1. The "Custom-Made" Rule
All sales are considered final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for "change of mind" or "buyer’s remorse." This includes:

Ordering the wrong size.

Deciding the colors don't match your room as expected.

Selecting the wrong finish (e.g., Matte vs. Glossy).

2. Damaged or Defective Items
While we strive for perfection, we know things can happen during transit. If your poster arrives damaged or has a clear manufacturing defect, we will make it right.
To qualify for a free replacement:

You must contact us at Info@planetpals.shop within 14 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the damage (including the packaging if it arrived crushed).

Do not mail the item back to us unless specifically requested.
3. Lost or Stolen Packages

Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to our facility because you provided an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

Delivered but Missing: If the tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot find the package, please contact your local carrier. We are not responsible for theft after a successful delivery.
4. Order Cancellations
Since our automated system sends orders to production almost immediately, we can only accept cancellations within [2 hours] of your purchase. Once the printing process has started, the order cannot be canceled.
